International Marketing Communications Manager – fulltime

Reporting to the Marketing Director Europe, the IMC Manager, together with the team (digital, DTP, communications), will play a key role in Walraven’s marketing communications. The annual MarCom plan, as developed with local marketers, product management and sales companies, is starting point for your activities. Developing and monitoring the performance of multi-channel campaigns, programs and collateral, analysing market trends and translating this into new initiatives, providing marketing support to sales companies and their local marketers and liaising closely for brand development and harmonization, enhancing digital marketing (websites, social media channels) activities and managing and facilitating the IMC team so they can contribute optimal are your main tasks. The role has objectives in terms of brand awareness, brand preference and budget.

What makes you our ideal candidate?
A bachelor or master’s degree (in marketing, communication or similar) and experience in the field, preferably gained in international B-to-B&C roles. You can anticipate well and are able to motivate and inspire people. You have experience with international marketing(campaigns), strong competences in international cooperation and people management, solid knowledge of and experience with project and program management and digital marketing technologies. You can easily connect, build trust and train people. You have previously led marketing teams and have an excellent command of the English language.
