Job Description:
Van Oostveen Medical B.V. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic sales plans, and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify new business opportunities and markets for Romed medical disposables.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
· Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
· Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
· Represent Van Oostveen Medical B.V. at exhibitions.
· Visiting our customers abroad (1 week per month).
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
· Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
· Knowledge of medical device regulations and standards (preferred).
· Fluency in English (required) and Dutch (preferred).
